A Lead Installer at Rol Air is responsible for installing new heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Schedule

  • 7am-4pm, end times vary based on completion of work and business needs
  • 35-45 hours per week are typical for this role
  • Overtime may be offered and at times can be required

 

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead entire onsite team through the installation to ensure job is completed efficiently
  • Complete HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship
  • Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process
  • Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers
  • Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and escalate to install manager when appropriate

 

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
  • Certified in Warm Air, Gas, Refrigeration, and Hot Water & Steam
  • 2+ years’ experience in installing residential HVAC systems
  • Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
  • Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
  • On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
